Translation for your convenience. The contract language is German (see section 20 of our Terms and Conditions). In case of any discrepancy, the German version is the legally binding one.

Prices

All prices shown are final prices. The provider is a small business within the meaning of section 19 of the German VAT Act (UStG); no VAT is therefore charged and none is shown on invoices.

Shipping costs may be added to the product price. The exact shipping cost is displayed during the ordering process before you complete your order.

• Flat shipping rate within Germany: 4.90 € per order.
• Free shipping from 49.00 € order value (within Germany).
• Purely digital products (downloads, WordPress plugins, scripts, licence keys, digital subscriptions) are delivered with no shipping costs.

If an order contains both physical and digital products, the shipping cost is determined by the physical portion of the order.

Carriers and delivery time

Physical goods are shipped by DHL or another carrier named during the ordering process. Delivery is made to the address you provide.

The expected delivery time is stated in the product description or during the ordering process. 3D-printed products are generally made to order; production time extends the delivery time accordingly and is stated in the product description.

If a product is unavailable, we will inform you without delay. Any payments already made will be refunded in that case.

Delivery of digital products

Depending on the product, digital content is delivered as a download, by email, through your customer account, by licence key or by activation — as a rule once payment has been received.

Deliveries abroad

For deliveries outside Germany, different shipping costs and additional charges such as customs duties, import levies, taxes or fees may apply. These are borne by the customer unless expressly included during the ordering process. The shipping cost applying to your delivery is shown during the ordering process. Delivery times abroad may be extended by customs clearance or local delivery services.

Payment

The payment methods displayed during the ordering process are available to you. In particular we offer:

• Instant bank transfer / bank transfer
• Payment in advance (bank transfer)
• further payment methods available through the payment provider Mollie

Payment may be processed by the external payment provider Mollie or the payment platform you select. The terms and privacy notices of the respective payment provider may apply in addition.

If you pay in advance or by bank transfer, we will send you our bank details with the order confirmation. The invoice amount is due within the period stated during the ordering process or on the invoice. If payment is not made in time, we may cancel the order.

Physical goods remain our property until paid for in full (retention of title).
