Translation for your convenience. The contract language is German (see section 16 of our Terms and Conditions). In case of any discrepancy, the German version is the legally binding one.

Prices

All prices shown are final prices. The provider is a small business within the meaning of section 19 of the German VAT Act (UStG); no VAT is therefore charged and none is shown on invoices.

Shipping costs may be added to the product price. The exact shipping cost is displayed during the ordering process before you complete your order.

Delivery countries and shipping costs

We deliver to Germany and Austria.

• Flat shipping rate: 4.90 € per order.
• Free shipping from 49.00 € order value.

Carrier and delivery time

Orders are shipped by DHL to the address you provide.

Delivery takes 3–5 working days unless the product description states otherwise. If you pay in advance, it starts when your payment arrives. Deliveries to Austria may take a little longer.

If a product is unavailable, we will inform you without delay. Any payments already made will be refunded in that case.

Payment

The payment methods displayed during the ordering process are available to you:

• Credit card
• Apple Pay
• Google Pay
• Pay by Bank (pay directly from your online banking)
• Bank transfer (payment in advance)

All payments are processed by the payment provider Mollie B.V. Its terms and privacy notices may apply in addition.

If you pay by bank transfer, you will see the bank details on the Mollie payment page after completing your order. The invoice amount is due within 14 days. If payment is not made in time, we may cancel the order.

Goods remain our property until paid for in full (retention of title).
